Rent Luxury Vans - Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Rent Luxury Vans ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website rentluxuryvans.com and renting a vehicle from us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Rental Agreement
a. Eligibility:
To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record. Some locations may have different age requirements.
b. Reservation and Payment:
Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
c. Rental Period:
The rental period is defined as the time from when you pick up the vehicle until you return it. Any additional time will be charged at the prevailing rate.
3. Vehicle Use
a. Permitted Use:
The vehicle may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement. Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to, off-road driving, towing, and transporting hazardous materials.
b. Mileage Limitations:
Certain rentals may have mileage limits. Exceeding these limits may incur additional charges.
c. Maintenance and Repairs:
You are responsible for routine maintenance such as checking oil and fluid levels. Any major repairs must be approved by us. Do not attempt to repair the vehicle yourself.
4. Insurance and Liability
a. Insurance:
We provide basic insurance coverage. You may purchase additional insurance coverage for added protection. The insurance does not cover damage to the vehicle caused by negligence, reckless driving, or other prohibited uses.
b. Liability:
You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, and collision damage.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellations:
Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time may incur a cancellation fee.
b. No-Shows:
If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time and do not notify us, the reservation may be considered a no-show, and you may forfeit the rental fee.
6. Returns
a. Return Policy:
Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition as when rented, except for normal wear and tear. Late returns may incur additional charges.
b. Fuel Policy:
Vehicles should be returned with the same level of fuel as when rented. Failure to refuel the vehicle may result in a refueling charge.
7. SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Rent Luxury Vans. This includes messages related to appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, lab notifications, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Site and rental services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The location for arbitration will be:
